DELIVERY SERVICES

We ship most orders from Savannah Collections warehouse in 1-3 days from the receipt of order.  Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.  We cannot ship outside the U.S., nor to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Orders cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to size/weight restrictions.  Please contact our customer service department with any further questions.

STANDARD IN-HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

The item will be brought into your home, and placed in your room of choice; packaging material will not be removed. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment.

WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

The item will be brought into your home, and placed in your room of choice; packaging material removed, and assembly (limited to 15 min assembly). When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment.

ALASKA & HAWAII

We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

CANADA

We do not ship to Canada at this time.

This security feature ensures that we are not allowing this information to go outside of Savannah Collections. Additionally we ensure that you are protected by shielding the details of your payment from all third-parties and by blanking out all but the last four digits of your credit card number on our receipts.
