Returns and Exchanges

Furniture Return Policy
 

You have 1 full year to return any case good items such as beds, tables, and chinas.
Upholstered items such as sofas, loveseats, and chairs may be returned within 6 months
unless it’s damaged, soiled, or excessively used.

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or
refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance
with state law.

Refunds & Exchanges
 

Orders under $7,500 can be returned to us for a full refund less return shipping charges.

Orders $7,500 and over can be returned, but we'll deduct a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. We'll arrange the return shipping and refund the order amount
(less 20% & shipping charges) when we receive the product(s) from you.

Orders returned to us due to non-scheduling of delivery will result in a 20%
restocking fee.

Custom Orders
 

Custom furniture is made upon order and is non-refundable &
non-exchangeable with the exception of defects or damages.

Damaged Items
 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is
defective, we’ll arrange for a prompt replacement. We ask that you notify us within
24 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.
